This is the Zieros Limited ("Zieros") online/digital privacy policy. It includes all conduct through the Zieros website: https://www.zieros.life/ website, as well as any Zieros official email or online/digital interaction.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our website and the choices you have associated with that data. The Zieros policy is focused on a “no-track” philosophy. By using our website, you agree to all parts of this policy…which is considered a contract between you the user, and Zieros.
If you do not agree to any part of this policy, please do not use our website.
Your contact Information:
Zieros does not want any of your contact information.
Zieros does not collect any of your information for any other purpose other than what you have approved us to do so. An example of this would be: you signing up for Zieros email updates. And in that instance, the only thing we will do is keep your name in a list, and use it only in the instance that you have approved us to do so. In this example, it would be to email you when we have any updates.
Simply because you contact us for any reason, such as via email, does not give us the right to keep, and use your contact info for anything other than the direct purpose it was provided to us for. Such as to simply answer a question.
We will not purposefully store any of your contact information unless you have clearly approved of us doing so. And only for the purpose(s) to which you have approved, will we use it for.
We will NEVER sell any of your information to anyone. Nor will we use it for anything other than what you have approved, with the exception of scenarios where we are required to by law.
We use your information only for the specific directives stated with each submission and action that you have taken and or chosen to do on, through, or in association with our site.
Other Data Collected:
The data that you provide to use, will only be used in accordance to which you have approved of us doing so. This could be through a resume, job application, email form, phone call, producer inquiry, a question, or other type of digital submission.
Such types of data could include, but are not limited to:
• Email address
• Phone number
• Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
We will ONLY use your Personal Data for the exact reason to which you have given us approval for.
Unrequested Contacts:
Zieros does NOT send junk email. We do not send any types of UNREQUESTED materials and other information. It’s a waste of your time, ours, materials, energy, and more.
Opting out of any Zieros contact:
If you have signed up for, or opted in for any NLB contact, you can always opt out at any time simply by asking us to stop. Or, say for example: “please remove me from this email newsletter”.
Tracking & Cookie Data:
When you visit our site (https://www.zieros.life), you are seen as an anonymous user to us. On our side, all we see is (the automatic info from the WIX system as we built this site using WIX):
- a user has visited our site
- which pages they have viewed
- how long/average time spent on page, and the site
- what part of the world the visit came from
- what device platform was used (desktop/laptop or mobile)
We here at Zieros, do not track you, or want your cookies (unless they are fresh and warm, you made them from scratch, and we can eat them…in the real word).
While certain cookies do follow you around on a site, on our site, you are anonymous to us. You become a “1” added to the aforementioned lists of data. And depending on your browser set up, everything could be wiped from your side once you quit out of your browser application. But from our side, we can still see that a visitor has visited our site.
However, we use the WIX platform for our site. it is possible that they might see your IP address, and other digital footprints. Please review their privacy policies on how they handle a user (you) of a users (Zieros) data and info.
We generally do not care about this stuff as we sell items in the real world. But, we’ve been known to look at some cool charts and maps of where people have visited, and what they have visited.
Use of Data:
Whatever data we might have that you have given us for various reasons, is only used for the exact purpose it was given to us for. This could potentially be, but not at all limited to:
• Email you back (if you asked us to)
• Send you out a newsletter (which you signed up for)
• Fix an issue with our website
• Participate in sweet and awesome features of our website when you have chosen to do so (we have no current sweet and awesome features as of this privacy policy update)
• Detect, prevent and address technical issues with our website (and other NLB issues)
• Etc...
Sharing of your data:
We DO NOT share any data that you give us. As soon as it’s purpose has been served, it will be deleted (although we might have to keep records of contact for business & legal purposes). The only way we would do such a thing -sharing a strangers private information- is if we are forced to through a legal situation in which we have no options. Other than that, we WILL NOT share your data with anyone.
Retention of Data:
NLB will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is requested by you, or is necessary under applicable law, or for business record keeping, for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy:
We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example: if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Zieros will only retain, for any duration of time, any and all data, user information, and the like, if we are legally obligated to, if we should need to for business purposes, or for the time pre-determined and agreed to by you when you provided it.
Transfer of Data:
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
We have no control (or idea at current) as to where exactly WIX stores you/our information. Please see their privacy and storage information for further details.
Protection of all data and information:
Zieros takes all the steps that are available and known by us, to ensure that your data is treated securely, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.
Security of Data:
The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use the best means known to us to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Legal Disclosure of Data:
Under certain circumstances, Zieros may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
Zieros may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
• comply with a legal obligation
• protect and defend the rights or property of Zieros
• prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the website, Zieros,
or associated parties
• To protect the personal safety of users of our website, Zieros, or the public
• To protect against any and all potential legal liability
Zieros may also save, and provide your data to applicable law enforcement authorities if:
- any and all forms of a threat made to anyone via any method of contacting Zieros
- any and all forms of harassment to anyone via contact with Zieros
- any and all threats or harassment of any kind made about anyone associated with Zieros through any means
Data Protection Rights:
Any and all information/data that Zieros might have on you to which you have provided to us willingly, you are free any any point in time to: correct, amend, delete or limit the use of such information/data that you have provided to us. Unless we are required to by law or business needs to do so otherwise.

Through Zieros, everyone who visits the Zieros site and interacts with us, has the following data protection rights:
• The right to access, update or delete the information we have on you. Anytime you want! Just reach out to us via our contact page.
• The right of rectification. You have the right to have your information rectified if that information is inaccurate or incomplete.
• The right to object. You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data. (We shouldn’t have your data if you didn't give it to us for a reason, man. But feel free to object!)
• The right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.
• The right to data portability. You have the right to be provided with a copy of the information we have on you in a commonly used format.
• The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where Zieros relied on your consent to process your personal information.
Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests.
You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data.
Third Party Providers/Systems:
We currently work with the following third parties to provide this site and things assocaited with it:
- WIX : for their website building service and domain registration
- Firefox : this is the browser we use to build the website
- Zoho : for the use of their email service
- Gmail : for the use of their free email service
- Youtube : for their free video hosting (Youtube and Google still suck though)
These third parties have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Please view each parties privacy polices to find out more.
Analytics:
The only analytics that we will use is the standard stuff wix provides in their builder. No tracking. No cookies.
Links to Other Sites:
Our website may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy:
Our website does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly accept personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have been provided Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take immediate steps to remove that information from all digital locations that it may be to which we are aware of.
Changes to This Privacy Policy:
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will let you know via email and/or a notice on our website, prior to and/or when the change becomes effective, and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy accordingly.
