With 17 years and counting in all aspects of Sustainability Consulting in both small to mid commercial and residential settings, we can help you take the next steps in making your life at home, and at your business, more sustainable!

Being "sustainable" is such an abused word and subject. It's existential, massive, complex, and all situational. What works here, does not work there, and what works for you, does not work for your neighbor.

We take each question, each inquiry, each project with passion and action to figure out the best results for that particular scenario.

Through email, phone, in-person, and at our main hub, we will work through your needs, and see what we can do to help you. And if we can't, we will be upfront about it, and will suggest other options to fulfill your goal of making a more sustainable home, business, and life for yourself and the people around you.

The only time we charge a fee —reasonably small— is when we come out to you, or you make an appointment to visit with us at our shop when we are not open. If you email, call us, or stop by our shop when we are open to discuss the project, there is no fee! Some projects do require special attention and more in-depth on-site visits.

To go from wasteful and un-sustainable, to less-waste and more sustainable does take effort, sacrifice, and an the willingness to fail through the process. While "easy" isn't a part of this process, simple solutions to these challenges most definitely are.

Why a "Rent It" section you may be asking. We ask; Why not?!

From our experience there is TONS of wasted objects that could be put to good use in other places, by other people. Items that have been purchased for a single project, but never again used. Items that just sit there deteriorating, becoming waste. Items that are good for a single job, that could be used by many people, instead of being bought by only one, for one job, then going to waste.

The heck with that! RENT IT instead!

AND we aim to charge a SUPER LOW price to rent something as well. That way more people can have their cake and eat it too; have access to an item you need to use once, but only pay a fraction of the cost. And no worries about long term maintenance!

That is what we are doing! SO...we ask you; what would you like to rent instead of buy?!?

Here are the FULL details:

• For delivery, It's ideal that you stop in the shop first to check out what we have. If want to order without stopping in first then you must provide your info via email so we can get in contact with you.

• All of our products are listed on our products page.

• We don't sell online so that we can keep our prices as low as we can get them, so we can in-turn offer these lower prices to our customers. Therefore our prices are not posted online.

• To get a full price list, simply reach out to us via our contact page and we will send you our current product price list.

• For ordering, your info does not need to be in our system. But no orders will be delivered without payment first. Orders can be sent via email, but you must pay over the phone with a valid credit card. **There is a credit card fee

• Min. order amount for any delivery is $25.00.

• Delivery under 1 mile from our shop, and all of Dormont is $1.

• For deliveries from $25.01 to $75.00, the cost of delivery is $6.97. Anything from $75.01 and up, is free delivery.

• Maximum Delivery Range is 16 driving miles from our shop in Dormont.

• We recommend that you buddy up with friends and neighbors to make a larger order. This will save on costs, wear and tear, and time on all accounts, and be more sustainable.

• Once an order is placed, you can add to it up until 1 day before the scheduled delivery.

• Delivery day and time will be discussed when placing an order, and scheduled once order has been placed and paid for.

• ALL ORDERS are placed via email, our contact page, or via phone. But you must pay by phone.

• Any bulk items that you purchase will come in a clean and sanitized community container(s). We do not sell containers. But, as mentioned, we have free clean and sanitized community containers of various sizes.

• Any packaging, containers, compostables, or other items that you acquire from us, can be returned to us (via another delivery, or to our shop) for proper reuse, recycling, or composting. Or, in worst case, disposal. (There are a few exceptions to this such as feminine hygiene products, adhesive bandages, toilet paper, or anything with blood, fecal matter, or in deplorable condition...this we cannot take back, and we reserve the right to refuse anything.)

• We will take back the clean and dry containers that you might have from us, and potentially any more that you want to provide us. *We reserve the right to not take your containers (not to be confused with the ones you got from us) if we already have too many or they will not be of use to us. Please check before leaving them for us to take.

• We will take ALL reusable bags that are in clean and working condition. *We reserve the right to refuse any for any reason.

• We are NOT responsible for items once we deliver them if there is no one there to receive them.

• We will take a picture of the completed order(s) being delivered.
